Dear Customer:

Blockpay is honoring two significant days — Maundy Thursday and Good Friday — by adjusting our operational hours on Thursday, March 28th, and Friday, March 29th. Please note that these days will be observed as non-working days out of respect for the religious beliefs of our team. We will resume our regular business activities on Monday, April 1st.

  • Blockpay Dispersions:

The reception of dispersion requests will be open until 13:00 hrs on Wednesday, March 27th, and dispersion requests will resume processing from Monday, April 1st.

We encourage you to carry out any pending operations before these dates to avoid inconveniences.

  • Blockpay POS Terminals Technical Support:

Remote customer assistance and support will be available during regular hours.

  • POS Terminals Settlements Area:

The settlement area will not be operational; on Thursday and Friday will be postponed to the next business day, Monday, April 1st.

Please note that our regular operation hours are in Central Mexico Time, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. If you have any questions or require additional assistance during this period, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Blockpay Team
