- Blockpay Dispersions:
Dispersion request reception will be on Friday, March 15th until 13:00 hrs.
- Blockpay POS Terminals Technical Support:
Attention and requests for POS terminals will be during normal business hours.
- POS Terminals Settlements Area:
Clarifications on balances and settlement requests received on Friday, March 15th will be attended and confirmed on the same day.
All scheduled payments on Monday, March 18th, will resume the following day. *Including shipments, dispersions, and transfers.
Please note that our regular operation hours are in Central Mexico Time, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
