Through this, we inform you that Monday, December 25, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024, are non-working day. On the occasion of the commemoration of the “Xmas & New Year”, resuming normal business on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 and Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
- The application for dispersions will be received on Friday, December 22 and 29 until 13:00 hrs.
- POS terminal application and attendance will be during regular hours.
- Settlement: The weekly report for Monday 25 /12/23 and Monday 01/01/24 will be will be sent at the following business day.
- Technical Support for POS terminals and cards will be available on December 25, 2023 and January 1, 2024.
We would like to remind you that all requests made after the established hours will be made until December 26, 2023 and January 1, 2024.
Please note that our regular operation hours are in Central Mexico Time, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
