Through this, we inform you of the operations hours for next Tuesday, December 12th, a non-working day, on the occasion of the commemoration of the “Bank employee Day”, resuming normal business on Wednesday, December 13th.
- Blockpay Technical Support and Dispersions:
Dispersion request reception will be on Monday, December 11th until 13:00 hrs.
Attention and requests for POS terminals will be during normal business hours, and on December 12th there will be technical support for POS terminals and cards.
- POS Terminals Settlements Area:
Clarifications on balances and settlement requests received on Monday, December 11th will be attended and confirmed on the same day.
All scheduled payments on Tuesday, December 12th, will resume the following day. *Including shipments, dispersions, and transfers.
Please note that our regular operation hours are in Central Mexico Time, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
