Through this, we inform you of the operations hours for next Thursday, November 2nd, due to the celebration of “All Souls’ Day” (Día de Muertos).
- Blockpay Technical Support and Dispersions:
On Wednesday, November 1st, we will have regular business hours. Dispersions requests will be accepted until 13:00 hrs. Assistance, support, and point of sale terminal (POS) requests will be available during regular hours.
On Thursday, November 2nd, Technical Support for POS and cards will be available.
Please note that all requests made after these specified hours will be processed until Friday, November 3rd.
- Point of Sale (POS) Settlements Area.
All scheduled payments on Thursday, November 2nd, will resume the following day. *Including shipments, dispersions, and transfers.
Please note that our regular operation hours are in Central Mexico Time, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
